All online bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the chosen time slot. If you wish to book within 24 hours, you can email me personally to see if I can fit you in. I will do my best to accommodate you however there is no guarantee of the time slot.
All payments need to be made upfront either by e-transfer (to firstname.lastname@example.org) or by cheque at the start of the session/package. Single sessions must be paid by e-transfer 24 hours in advance.
When you buy a package of sessions with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds. By starting off with an introductory consultation, you’ll get a chance to feel out my style and decide whether we’re a good fit for each other.
All packages and single sessions bought must be used within 6 months of purchase date.
Exception: If I cannot fulfill the service for any reason, all unused session credits will be fully refunded.
Cancellations, No-Shows and Lateness
When you’ve booked a block of sessions, or an ongoing time-slot and you need to cancel, there is no fee as long as you do it at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done online or by phone (416-356-3801).
For cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows, I deduct the time from your package. Same goes for a single hour.
If you’re late for your appointment, you’ll lose that time.
I know that sometimes things come up that are unpredictable or avoidable and when you’re sick, I appreciate you not wanting to infect me, but when I block off a time slot for you and you cancel last minute, I lose money, time and the opportunity to work with someone else.
In turn, I promise to honour all our appointments and be on time as well. And, if I late-cancel on you (less the 24 hours), I’ll deduct 50% your next session which will be added to your account as credit.
